Creator Network Terms
How the DGM Creator Network works for influencers, UGC creators and content creators.
Applying
You can apply on our creator registration page. Please give accurate, up-to-date information about yourself, your profiles and your audience, and only apply for yourself. You must be 18 or older to join. Joining is free. We never ask for your social media passwords or login codes.
Review and approval
Our team reviews every application. We may approve it, decline it or ask for more information. We may later archive profiles that are inactive or inaccurate, or that no longer meet these terms. You can ask us to remove your profile at any time.
No guarantee of work
Registering or being approved does not guarantee campaigns, paid work or any income. We contact you when a brand brief fits your niche, location and audience.
Campaign invitations and deliverables
Each campaign comes with its own brief and terms: deliverables, timelines, fee, content usage rights and approval steps. You are free to accept or decline. Once you accept in writing, those campaign terms apply together with these terms.
Deliver the agreed content on time, follow the brief and the brand's approval process, and keep agreed posts live for the agreed period. Tell us immediately if you cannot meet a deadline.
Fees and payment
Your fee, what it covers, the payment method, the payment timeline and any conditions (for example, payment after the brand approves the content) are confirmed in writing for each campaign before you start. Barter or product-exchange collaborations are only arranged if you agree to them. Taxes are handled as per law, and we may need your PAN or GST details where required.
Content usage rights
Who may use your content, where (for example organic posts, ads or websites) and for how long is set out in each campaign's terms. Any use beyond that needs your agreement and may be paid separately. You keep the rights in your content except as agreed for the campaign.
Disclosure of brand partnerships
Paid, gifted or otherwise sponsored content must be clearly disclosed, for example with the platform's paid-partnership label and a clear tag such as #ad or #collab, in line with the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines for influencer advertising and applicable law, including consumer protection rules on endorsements. Only make claims about a product that are true and that the brand has approved.
Confidentiality
Campaign briefs, launch dates, prices and other non-public information from DGM or our clients are confidential. Do not share them until the brand has made them public, and keep the fees agreed with you private.
Conduct
Be professional and respectful with brands, our team and other creators, online and at events. Do not buy followers or engagement, misrepresent your reach or audience, or post content that is unlawful, hateful or misleading.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an accepted campaign, tell us as early as possible so we can arrange a replacement. Repeated late cancellations may lead to your profile being archived. If a brand cancels after you have started, payment for work done is handled under that campaign's terms.
Disputes
If something goes wrong with a campaign, email info@desigrowthmedia.com with the details. We will try to resolve it fairly with you and, where needed, with the brand. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable law.
Your information and privacy
How we use and share your profile is explained in our Privacy Policy. In short: brands may see your approved creator profile, but never receive your phone number, email address, social media profile links, handles or expected rate through DGM.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Terms already agreed for an accepted campaign do not change without your agreement.
