They do not by themselves create a service contract. The services we provide to a client are governed by the written proposal, quotation or agreement we share and you accept for that engagement. If that document differs from these terms, that document applies. Creators who join our network are also covered by our Creator Network Terms.

We provide social media management, reels, creative content and professional shoots, influencer marketing and UGC campaigns, Meta advertising support, Google Business Profile management, websites, SEO and related digital marketing services. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and responsibilities for your project are set out in your proposal or agreement.

Information on this website

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice for your specific business. Case studies and results describe specific past projects; every business is different, so they are examples, not a promise of the same results for you. Results from marketing also depend on factors outside our control, such as platform algorithms, market conditions and your own inputs.

Prices and proposals

Prices shown as "starting at" or "from" are the starting points of our packages. Your final price depends on the scope, deliverables, number of creators, usage rights and timelines, and is confirmed in writing in your proposal. Creator fees, ad spend and other third-party costs are included only where your proposal says so. Taxes apply as per law. A free growth audit or consultation does not oblige you to buy anything.

Forms and messages

When you send us a form or message, please give accurate information. Sending a form does not create a contract or guarantee that we can take on your project or application. How we use what you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Our content and intellectual property

The text, design, logos, photos and videos on this website belong to Desi Growth Media or are used with permission from their owners, including our clients and creators. Please do not copy, republish or reuse them without written permission. Ownership and usage rights for work we create for clients are set out in each client agreement.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the website or our portal. For example, do not send false, misleading or spam submissions, impersonate anyone, try to access private areas or accounts without permission, interfere with security features, or scrape or attack the website.

Third-party services and links

Our website links to and uses services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Maps, Google Forms and FormSubmit. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Liability

We provide this website "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using this website. Our responsibility for services is set out in the client agreement for those services.
